Terms of SERVICE
Effective Date: July 2025
1. Services Provided
Great River Air offers sightseeing flights, charter services, expediting services, and custom tours from Dawson City, Yukon. All flights are subject to aircraft availability, weather conditions, and operational discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
- No deposit is currently required.
- Payment is due immediately after your flight unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, and cash or etransfer.
- Prices may change without notice due to fuel or operational costs. Confirmed bookings lock in your rate.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations due to weather are penalty-free.
- If a flight must return early due to safety conditions, no refund will be issued.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and expire September 30 of the year issued.
4. Safety & Passenger Requirements
- Flights are subject to weather, aircraft loading limits, and crew judgment.
- Passengers must comply with all instructions from crew and ground staff.
- Maximum combined passenger weight is 1,000 lbs, subject to aircraft balance limits.
- Children over 2 years must occupy their own seat per Transport Canada rules.
5. Content & Media Use
Photos shared or tagged to us may be featured on our site or social channels. If you’d prefer to opt out, please notify us.
6. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that small aircraft flying involves inherent risks. Great River Air is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or delays beyond our control.
